5-Day Easy Return Policy

We offer returns within 5 days of delivery, under the following conditions:


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is damaged or has manufacturing defects

  • There is a size mismatch due to our error

  • The item is not as described


Open Box Video Is Mandatory

To be eligible for a return, an unboxing video is compulsory:

  • Start recording before opening the package

  • Show the issue clearly in the same unedited video

  • No cuts, edits, or retakes allowed


Return Conditions

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery


Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • Open box video is missing or unclear

  • Tags/labels are missing, or product appears used

  • Request is made after 5 days of delivery

  • Issue is related to minor color variations due to screen resolution

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear reason for return

  • Open box video (as an attachment or link)

  • Photos of the item showing the issue and intact tags
