  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after the payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive an order confirmation along with tracking details via email and SMS once the order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 6 business days.

  • In rare cases, due to remote location or unavoidable logistics issues, delivery may take up to a maximum of 10 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a nominal COD charge, which will be shown at checkout.

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure secure and timely delivery.

You can track your order anytime using the Track Order page on our website. Just enter your Order ID and registered mobile number or email.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or any other reason, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm re-shipping or a refund as applicable.
